uploIA is a file organization service. You agree not to upload illegal content, malware, or any material that violates applicable laws. You must not abuse the service through automated bulk uploads intended to disrupt or overload our systems.

Service Availability

We provide uploIA on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any specific uptime SLA. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access.

Liability Limitations

uploIA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect or consequential damages.

Data Handling

All uploaded files are automatically deleted within 24 hours. We do not store file content, extracted text, or original file names in our database. For full details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of uploIA after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
